It is built from Carbitex, a high-performance carbon fiber composite. The weave you see is the real material, not a print, and it keeps the sleeve light, durable and flexible. Along the bottom is a base of fine box calf leather, which gives you a softer, surer grip when you pick the sleeve up, and black nappa leather details sit around the carbon. The zipper runs smoothly and opens onto an organizer section inside, and a separate slip pocket takes a charger, cables or papers alongside the laptop.
