Neoprene, familiar from wetsuits, cushions the case, and this cover is 100% elastic, so it stretches four ways to fit closely and stay in place. When the trip is over, it folds into a small, flat bundle that is easy to store. To clean it, wash it by hand in warm water and hang it to dry.
